We’ve partnered with the Woodland Champions Club, who can issue a planning exemption certificate for up to 5 glamping units and 10 camping pitches. The club secretary, Ben Carden had been searching for a suitable booking system to recommend to member sites. The system had to be affordable, easy-to-use and help attract direct bookings. Ben searched for three years and found Outdore in late 2023. In early 2024 after great feedback, the club decided to roll out Outdore across all 160 sites.
Outdore has been built in such a way that it can offer bespoke commercial arrangements for large organisations, high traffic websites and clubs.
